Simple homemade Pumpkin Pie

With just a few key ingredients and minimal effort, you can create a delectable dessert that will impress your family and friends.



To begin, gather the necessary components for this recipe. The easiest and fastest way to make a pumpkin pie, your whole family will enjoy.


This recipe makes for two quick and delicious pumpkin pies, that will leave your mouth watering!!! Don't forget your cool whip or vanilla ice cream, to top it off!


 

Ingredients:

  • 2 pre-made pie crusts

  • 4 eggs

  • 1/3 cup of brown sugar

  • 4 tablespoons of pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon of extra cinnamon

  • 2 15 oz cans of sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 15 oz cans of pumpkin puree (I ended up using 3, as I thought the condensed milk made the mixture too thin)











Baking the pie:

  • Heat your oven to 425 degrees while you are preparing the mix!

  • Since we are making a quick and easy recipe, I suggest using only one bowl!!!

  • Mix all your ingredients together, and pour into your pre-cooked pie shells

  • Your oven should be hot and ready by now! So go ahead and pop those bad boys in!!!

  • Bake those pies about 20 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350 degrees and bake for another 40 minutes or so!

  • Pull those beautifully baked pies out of your oven, making sure your knife check is clean!

  • Let the pies cool down some, then you are ready to dive in!
